On May 31st, the graduation ceremony of Inner Mongolia Dalat Banner Chemical Trainers was held in the Multi-function Hall of Shanghai Modern Chemical Industry Vocational College, attended by Chen Xiaobin, president of the school, Du Haiyan, deputy secretary of the Party Committee, and Hao Qingfeng, general manager of Ordos Run’an Management Consulting Co., Ltd.
Chen Xiaobin congratulated the trainers who successfully graduated. Chen Xiaobin pointed out that all the trainers strictly observed various regulations of the training course and always maintained strong enthusiasm for learning, which fully reflected the good spirit of the new generation of chemical workers. With the joint efforts of both the school and Dalat Banner, this training course has achieved satisfactory results. He hoped to further strengthen the communication and exchange among the school, Dalat, the trainers and the companies where they work, and form a joint force to jointly push the talent development and training in the chemical industry to a new height.
Hao Qingfeng thanked the school for its preparations and concern for this training. He said that the school has carefully formulated training programs and arranged rich training contents, and the combination of theoretical courses and practical courses has widened the trainers' vision and opened up training ideas. Since December 2023, the trainers have been off-duty for half a year, devoted themselves to study, gained a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the chemical industry, enriched their theoretical knowledge, and improved their comprehensive quality and ability. He hoped that the trainers will not forget the mission of "from cross-enterprise training to cluster innovation" and effectively turn the learning results of training into practical results.
Du Haiyan presented certificates of completion to all the trainers. Yang Liqun, head teacher of the training class, suggested that trainers should bring their learning achievements and excellent style of study back to their jobs and provide solid theoretical support for their work. Zhang Hao, one representative of chemical trainer in Dalat Banner, reviewed the gains and feelings during the training and expressed his heartfelt thanks to the teachers and staff of the school.
