On November 28th, the award ceremony of Yanfeng Visteon Scholarship for 2024-2025 academic year was held in the Multi-function Hall of our school. Jiang Kai, senior manager of the human resources department and secretary of the operation Party branch of Yanfeng Visteon Automotive Electronics Co., Ltd., and Chen Xiaobin, president of the school attended the ceremony. Heads of relevant departments of both the school and the enterprise and all award-winning students participated in the activity.
On behalf of the company, Jiang Kai thanked the school for its long-term strong support for the company's human resources, expressed the harvest and expectation of school-enterprise cooperation in cultivating talents, and emphasized the initial intention of setting up scholarships to encourage talents. He hoped that the advantages of both sides would complement each other and create a new height of school-enterprise cooperation.
Chen Xiaobin introduced the basic situation of the construction of the new higher vocational college, reviewed the course of cooperation with Yanfeng Visteon Company and its excellent results, and expressed his gratitude to the enterprise for jointly developing talent training. He hoped that the students would cherish the honor, study hard, be grateful to the society and serve the motherland, and look forward to the deeper and more solid cooperation between the school and the enterprise in the future.
At this scholarship award ceremony, 35 students stepped onto the awarding stage and won honors. At the ceremony, the leaders presented honorary certificates and gifts to the scholarship winners. Two students made speeches respectively, expressing their sincere gratitude to the enterprise and the school for their concern, and promised to live up to expectations, study hard and be a qualified college student.
Since 2011, our school has cooperated with Yanfeng Visteon Automotive Electronics Co., Ltd. in personnel training, and has delivered more than dozens of outstanding graduates for the company. Adhering to a high sense of social responsibility, the company has specially set up the Yanfeng Visteon Scholarship in our school, which has been held for eleven times so far, encouraging the students of Intelligent Manufacturing School to pursue excellence and strive for progress, devote themselves to their future study and life with more enthusiasm and passionate fighting spirit, and repay the society with excellent work in the future.
