On March 28th, the launching ceremony of "Science and Technology Pilot Order Class" for Jinshan science and technology enterprises was held in our school. Li Songhao, Deputy Director of Jinshan Education Bureau, Xu Hong, Deputy Secretary and Deputy Director of Party Group of Jinshan Science and Technology Commission, Wang Yiming, Deputy General Manager of Shanghai Carbonbay Company, Yang Ling, Director of Science and Technology Innovation Center of Jinshan Science and Technology Commission, leaders of our school, and representatives of nine cooperative enterprises, teachers and students of our school attended the event.
Li Songhao pointed out that the establishment of the joint order class is a key measure to thoroughly implement the national vocational education reform policy, fully build a new ecology of integration of production and education, and integrate school-enterprise resources. He emphasized that, first, we should take the order class as a link to create a new benchmark for school-enterprise collaborative education. The school should continue to take the real needs of enterprises as the guide, dynamically and accurately optimize the curriculum system, and continue to strengthen practical teaching. Second, we should build a new ecology for the development of vocational education with the support of policies. Jinshan Education Bureau will continue to increase policy support, optimize resource allocation and improve the incentive mechanism, expecting more enterprises to further strengthen the joint training of talents with the school. Third, we must be driven by innovation and empower new energy for regional industrial upgrading. It is hoped that both parties will deepen cooperation in key areas such as green chemical industry and intelligent manufacturing, promote technology research and development and transformation of achievements, and inject vitality into the coordinated development of regional industrial chain and innovation chain.
Gao Ju, secretary of the Party Committee of the school, delivered a speech. On behalf of the school, he expressed his warmest welcome and sincere thanks to the leaders of Jinshan Education Bureau, Jinshan Science and Technology Commission, Jinshan Science and Technology Innovation Center, the Carbonbay Industrial Park, and the guests and friends of various cooperative enterprises. He said that the establishment of the Science and Technology Pilot Order Class is an initiative to actively respond to the action plan of Jinshan Party Committee and Jinshan government to optimize the business environment, and it is also another innovative practice for the school to respond to the national policy of integration of production and education. The school will cooperate with enterprises to adopt a two-way empowerment cooperation mode, jointly formulate a curriculum system and jointly build a training base, promote the seamless integration of talent training and industrial demand, deliver a batch of practical talents for enterprises, provide opportunities for students from campus to workplace, make a good reserve of human resources and serve the healthy and sustainable development of regional economy.
President Chen Xiaobin signed "Science and Technology Pilot School-enterprise Order Training Agreement" with Yuan Zhiwu, general manager of Shanghai Aowei Daily Chemical Co., Ltd., representative of chemical enterprises, and Li Jun, director of Guangshun Testing (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., representative of intelligent manufacturing enterprises.
Xu Hong and Wang Yiming presented letters of appointment for special part-time teachers to nine senior industry experts from Shanghai Hansi Industrial Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Dongrui New Materials Co., Ltd.
After the signing ceremony, representatives of the school, Jinshan Science and Technology Innovation Center, the Carbonbay Industrial Park and scientific and technological enterprises conducted in-depth discussions on building a practical teaching base and innovative talent cultivation mode. At this ceremony, two order classes were set up in the direction of chemical industry and intelligent manufacturing. In order to promote the smooth start of the order class, the school has jointly organized several docking activities with Jinshan Science and Technology Center and Jinshan science and technology enterprises, carefully planned the joint order class between school and enterprises, carried out joint research, and visited many science and technology enterprises such as Gantian Optics, Taybo Technology, Qunli Chemical, SHCCS and Fenglei Valve. We will build a face-to-face communication platform for students and enterprises through activities such as enterprise introduction meeting and two-way interview meeting, which will effectively promote mutual understanding and cooperation.
The Science and Technology Pilot Order Class kicked off, which opened a new chapter for school-enterprise cooperation.
