2025 Sino-German Chemical Teacher's Ability Training (Chemical Experimenter) was successfully held at Sino-German Chemical Vocational Training Base of Shanghai Modern Chemical Industry Vocational College from April 21st to 24th. The training brought together many teachers from Panjin Vocational Technical College, Dongying Vocational Institute, Changshu Riverside Vocational School, Shanghai Pharmaceutical School, Shanghai Information Technology College and Shanghai Modern Chemical Industry Vocational College.
Based on German vocational education system, this training introduced the examination process of German chemical experimenters in detail, and simulated the theoretical knowledge test and practical operation test of chemical experimenters on the spot. During the four-day training activities, teachers experienced the examination process not only as an examinee but also as an examiner. They also learned the grading standards and methods. This enables teachers to deeply understand knowledge and practical skills required by chemistry experimenters, and how to accurately evaluate students' practical ability.
The training emphasizes the importance of practical operation and the comprehensive professional quality as an experimenter. Through a series of well-designed experimental projects and interactive inquiry learning methods, teachers deeply experience the challenges and detailed requirements in the real exam. This training provided a valuable exchange platform for all participants and promoted the sharing of educational resources and the exchange of technical experience among different schools.
As Sino-German Chemical Vocational Training Base, our school will continue to provide service for the national chemical vocational education teacher training and chemical technical personnel training, and contribute to the development of chemical vocational education in the direction of internationalization and specialization.
