On June 24th, our school held an international exchange online meeting with University Perlis Malaysia. Gao Ju, Party Secretary of our school, Tan Jinjin, Vice President of Kuala Lumpur Campus of University Perlis Malaysia, and heads of relevant departments of the two schools attended the meeting. The two sides conducted in-depth exchanges and discussions on international education cooperation.
Gao Ju introduced in detail our school's development course, school-running characteristics and the effect of new higher vocational construction. Gao Ju said that our school has always adhered to the concept of running the school in an open way and actively promoted international exchanges and cooperation. It is hoped that this meeting will be an opportunity to cooperate with University Perlis Malaysia in the fields of building an intelligent industry college and teacher and student exchanges, so as to jointly cultivate high-quality technicians and technical talents with international vision and competitiveness and contribute to the development of vocational education in both countries. Tan Jinjin pointed out that the two universities have many similarities in specialty construction and development concepts, and she looked forward to pragmatic cooperation between the two sides to achieve complementary advantages, resource sharing and common development. He Shuqun, Director of the International Department of Kuala Lumpur Campus of University Perlis Malaysia, introduced the basic situation of University Perlis Malaysia from the aspects of school ranking, top teachers and student achievements.
In the exchange and discussion session, the two sides conducted in-depth discussions on cooperation issues and reached a preliminary consensus. Both sides indicated that they will further strengthen communication and cooperation, agree on cooperation plans, promote the implementation of cooperation aspects as soon as possible, create more opportunities for teachers and students of the two schools to exchange and learn, and enhance the international education level and influence of the two schools.
The successful convening of this conference has laid a solid foundation for the cooperation between our school and University Perlis Malaysia, marking an important step in the field of international education cooperation between the two schools.
