Accompanied by Gao Ju, Gu Minghuan and his party visited School History Museum and Chemical Comprehensive Training Building. Through various historical materials, vivid exhibits and detailed explanations, Gu Minghuan and his party got a comprehensive understanding of the school's development process, school-running achievements and profound cultural depth. In the training building, Gu Minghuan and his party inspected the advanced training equipment and teaching scenes on the spot, and spoke highly of the school's practice which closely meets the needs of the industry and focuses on training and teaching.
During the inspection, Gu Minghuan fully affirmed the development achievements of the school. He said that the school has an advanced school-running philosophy, taking root in the industry and targeting enterprise needs, and the trained talents accurately meet the market demand; In particular, it is crucial that the development direction of the school is highly compatible with the industrial development plan of Jinshan, which shows important value in helping regional chemical industry upgrade and promoting high-quality development of local economy. Gao Ju introduced the basic situation of the school in detail. Starting with the characteristics of the school, he expounded the orientation and measures of the school in focusing on the modern chemical industry and cultivating high-quality technicians and technical talents. Subsequently, Gao Ju shared the remarkable achievements made in the construction of the new higher vocational college, including breakthroughs in World Vocational College Skills Competition, the construction of an integrated community of production and education, and the construction and development of training bases. Finally, Gao Ju also introduced future development plan of the school, including goals and paths in serving regional economic and social development and helping transformation and upgrading of the chemical industry.
