Recently, Evonik's third season "Grow Beyond Yourself, Empower the Future" summer camp concluded successfully. With the characteristics of multiple sectors and in-depth experience, it built a platform for participating students to explore themselves and link the future, and planted seeds in students' hearts to break through boundaries and move forward by dreams.
At the event site, many outstanding female representatives of Evonik gathered together. With their accumulation of knowledge and rich life experience, they shared core topics such as "Breakthrough of Women's Ability in the Workplace" and "The Way to Balance Life and Work", so that every student present deeply felt the infinite possibilities of "female power".
The visit to the laboratory allows students to get close contact with cutting-edge technology. Under the guidance of professionals, we can observe the operation of precision instruments such as high-precision spectrometer at close range, understand the experimental process and principle, feel the charm of science, broaden our knowledge horizons and ignite our enthusiasm for scientific research and exploration.
Cross-cultural communication has become a highlight of this event. Through an interactive discussion with Ms. Gabriele Rettig, vice president of human resources of Evonik North Asia, students not only had in-depth exchanges on topics such as "social customs and lifestyles in different countries", but also learned to look at the world with a more open and inclusive attitude, and their cross-cultural communication skills and awareness of international cooperation were also significantly improved during the exchanges.
The College Students' Career Development Forum brought a successful end to the activity. Enterprise tutors conducted in-depth discussions on topics such as college students' career planning and employment trends, and provide valuable advice and guidance for girls who are about to enter the workplace.
