On September 16th, Qiu Mingbo, deputy director of Jinshan Education Bureau, led a team to our school to carry out special inspection on the development of vocational education. Gao Ju, secretary of the Party Committee of our school, accompanied the group and made a comprehensive report on the reform and development of the school through field visits, discussions and exchanges. Qiu Mingbo fully affirmed the effectiveness of our school, and put forward guiding opinions on the orientation of running the school, the integration of production and city, student management and safety work.
During the inspection, Qiu Mingbo went to the School History Museum, the Cross-enterprise Training Center and the Chemical Comprehensive Training Building, and made on-the-spot inspection on the history and achievements of running the school, focusing on the development of the integration of production and education and the combination of education and training, observing the operation of modern training equipment and intelligent simulation system on the spot, and listening to the special report on the construction and operation of Shanghai Safety Skills Comprehensive Training Demonstration Base. Qiu Mingbo fully affirmed the remarkable achievements made in the construction of training conditions in our school.
After the inspection, a meeting was held in the Chemical Comprehensive Training Building. Gao Ju reported the development of the school, focusing on the achievements of the integration of production and education, internationalization of running the school, project guidance, on-the-job training, and the future development strategy of the school. The annual training scale of the school reaches 10,000 person-times, which provides a strong support for regional economic development.
Qiu Mingbo gave specific guidance: First, we should focus on the regional economic development strategy, do a good job in running the school, highlight the characteristics and advantages of chemical industry, and cultivate high-quality technical and skilled personnel in the fields of green chemical industry and intelligent manufacturing; Second, we should deepen the integration mechanism of production and city, improve the top-level design of school-enterprise cooperation and school-district training cooperation, and serve the regional economic development; Third, we should optimize the student management service system and improve the comprehensive quality of students in combination with the characteristics of internationalization; Fourth, we should strictly implement the campus safety responsibility system, strengthen the safety management of student canteens, dormitories and practical training, and create a good environment for school development.
