Deepen the consensus of cooperation and seek common development —— A special seminar on the development of secondary and higher vocational education between Shanghai Environmental Science School and our school

On the morning of October 11th, Cao Meiqin, president of Shanghai Environmental Science School, visited our school to discuss the articulated training of students majoring in analytical testing technology between secondary and higher vocational schools. President Chen Xiaobin and other school leaders, heads of relevant departments and members of the work group attended the meeting, and the two sides discussed topics such as discipline construction, curriculum convergence and resource sharing.

At the beginning of the meeting, Chen Xiaobin warmly welcomed Cao Meiqin and her party, and briefly introduced the development and disciplines of our school. He hoped that the two schools would take this exchange meeting as a new starting point, continue to deepen the reform of the practice of educating people in three all-round ways, jointly create a new model of "student growth, teacher promotion, school value and enterprise satisfaction", and realize the "3+2 > 5" talent training efficiency through systematic training.

Cao Meiqin said that the disciplines of the two schools are highly compatible and the two school have a good foundation for cooperation. The two sides conducted in-depth and detailed discussions on the training scheme for students majoring in analytical testing technology in secondary and high vocational schools, and sorted out the details one by one from the aspects of goal and orientation of personnel training, logic of connection between curriculum modules, practical teaching system, etc., which made clear the unified direction for the subsequent training scheme.

This exchange and discussion not only deepened the cooperation consensus between the two schools in the field of connecting secondary and higher vocational education, but also anchored a "road map" for the high-quality development of analytical testing technology discipline. In the future, based on this exchange, the two schools will accelerate related work such as the integration of teaching resources, continue to train high-quality inspection and testing skills talents, help upgrade and develop the inspection and testing industry, and contribute to enhancing the quality of the nation.
