On October 15th, the opening ceremony of Sino-German Chemical Teacher Training jointly organized by our school and German Cognos Education Group was held in the Chemical Engineering Training Building of our school. Chen Liwei, head of German Cognos Education Group, Greater China, Professor Melanie Panzer, German expert, Zhang Hua, chief technician, Yan Xiaoli, secretary-general of National Hazardous Chemicals Safety and Smart Production Industry-Education Integration Consortium, and vice president of our school, and other guests attended the ceremony. Trainees from member units of National Hazardous Chemicals Safety and Smart Production Industry-Education Integration Consortium participated in the activity.
Yan Xiaoli delivered a speech. She said that since its establishment, National Hazardous Chemicals Safety and Smart Production Industry-Education Integration Consortium has always been committed to promoting high-quality, green and intelligent transformation and upgrading of the chemical industry, and teaching staff is the core link connecting education chain and industrial chain. This time, it is a key step for the consortium to integrate international high-quality resources and deepen the localization practice of the dual system education model. She hopes that the trainees will cherish this training opportunity to condense the consensus of school-enterprise cooperation in educating people, and a win-win situation will be achieved in personal ability improvement, discipline development of colleges and universities, and talent reserve of enterprises, so as to jointly lay a talent foundation for the high-quality development of the chemical industry.
This training course will rely on high-quality training platforms such as "Sino-German Chemical Highly-skilled Talents Training Base" and "Shanghai Safety Skills Comprehensive Training Demonstration Base" to carry out a series of trainings. Professor Panzer will bring German advanced experience of action-oriented six-step method; Zhang Hua will combine first-line production cases to carry out practical guidance and integrate the latest technology of enterprises into teaching. Professor Gu Xiaoying, Doctoral Supervisor and Qian Weichang Scholar of School of Marxism of Shanghai University, will give a lecture entitled "The Pattern of 'Comprehensive Ideological and Political Education' --- From Ideas to Scenarios of Education in Classroom"; Gao Qing Ping, Deputy Secretary-General of the National Petroleum and Chemical Industry Teaching Steering Committee, will give a lecture entitled "Interpretation of the Revised Edition of < Teaching Standards for Vocational Education > in 2025". During the training, trainees can not only master the cutting-edge theory, but also improve their practical ability.
The opening of this training course marks a new step in the international training of chemical teachers. In the future, the school will continue to deepen its cooperation with German Cognos Education Group, continuously improve the "double-qualified" teacher training system, and build a high-quality chemical teacher team with theoretical and practical ability concerning green and intelligent chemical industry.
