On November 5th, Jiao Zhicheng, deputy director of Jincheng Emergency Management Bureau, Shanxi Province, led a team in charge of relevant departments and backbones of Jinneng Holding Equipment Manufacturing Group to our school to exchange the construction of training base. Gao Ju, secretary of the Party Committee of the school, attended the exchange activities, accompanied by the heads of relevant departments of the school.
Jiao Zhicheng and his party visited the Cross-enterprise Training Center and National Top Ten Chemical Safety Training Demonstration Base. During the visit, the members of the delegation carefully inspected the layout of the training site, inquired about the standard, functional application and maintenance management of the training equipment in detail, deeply understood the docking mode between the training course and the job requirements of the chemical industry, fully affirmed the construction idea of the school training base based on the actual situation of the industry and focusing on safety skills training, and especially appreciated the standardized teaching process and actual training scenes of National Top Ten Chemical Safety Training Demonstration Base.
At the symposium, Gao Ju warmly welcomed the delegation and introduced the general situation and characteristics of the school from the aspects of school orientation, discipline cluster construction and integration of production and education. He emphasized that the training base is an important link between vocational education and the industry. The school has always been guided by the safety emergency and technological innovation needs of the chemical industry, and has continuously invested resources to upgrade the hardware facilities across the enterprise training center and the chemical safety training demonstration base, optimize the training and teaching system, and is committed to conveying high-quality technical and skilled talents with solid professional skills and strong safety awareness to the industry. Jiao Zhicheng introduced the purpose of this visit. He said that the advanced experience of Shanghai Modern Chemical Industry Vocational College in the construction of training base is of great reference value for Jincheng to improve the professional level of emergency management and help local enterprises (such as Jinneng Holding Equipment Manufacturing Group) to strengthen the training of employees' skills and qualities. He hopes that through this exchange they can further learn from the mature practices of the school in the operation and management of training base, school-enterprise collaborative education, and explore the path for further deepening cooperation and promoting the coordinated development of regional emergency management and vocational education.
At the symposium, the two sides discussed in depth the planning of enterprise training base, the construction of trainers and the operation mode of the base, and expressed their desire and expectation to further strengthen exchanges and cooperation.
This exchange activity built an efficient communication bridge for both sides, which not only realized mutual learning but also laid a solid foundation for further extensive cooperation.
