Our School and Jinshan Employment Promotion Center Discuss Cooperation

On the afternoon of December 17, President Chen Xiaobin and Vice President Zhang Haixia led relevant persons in charge of the Admissions and Employment Office and Academic Affairs Office to Jinshan Employment Promotion Center to jointly hold a symposium on employment and training. Chu Weibing, director of Jinshan Employment Promotion Center, and relevant persons in charge of employment and training warmly received them and participated in the discussion. 

Chen Xiaobin thanked Jinshan Employment Promotion Center for its long-term support in school work. He said that the current employment situation is grim, and the school attaches great importance to the employment of graduates. This initiative is to accurately match the regional employment needs, identify the strategic coupling of talent cultivation with local industries upgrading, and look forward to reaching a consensus with the center to promote graduates' high-quality employment. 

Zhang Haixia introduced the school-running characteristics, specialty layout, talent training mode and graduate internship trends, and also expounded our school's planning in vocational skills competition organization and testing and training work. It is emphasized that the school adheres to the employment orientation and hopes to establish a long-term cooperation mechanism with the center, and carry out in-depth cooperation in the fields of specialty construction, employment guidance and enterprise recruitment to achieve efficient sharing of resources. 

In response to the cooperation intention of the school, Chu Weibing, head of the center, responded positively. He not only expressed his willingness to deepen cooperation with our school, but also looked forward to working together to cultivate high-quality skilled talents that meet the needs of enterprises with customized training mode. 

The two sides reached a preliminary consensus on the long-term mechanism of employment cooperation between our school and the center and the training of customized talents. In the next step, the two sides will accelerate cooperation, empower employment and educate people with pragmatic measures, deliver high-quality skilled talents for regional development, and effectively help graduates achieve their employment goals.
