Delegation from China-Malaysia Qinzhou Industrial Park Visits Our School

To deepen school-government collaboration and jointly enhance chemical safety training and emergency management capabilities, a seven-member delegation led by Liang Qing, Deputy Director of the Management Committee of China-Malaysia Qinzhou Industrial Park, visited our school on March 26. The delegation included Shuai Guohua, Director of the Park's Emergency Management Bureau, along with representatives from relevant committee departments and enterprises. The purpose of the visit was to study advanced experiences in the construction and operation management of chemical safety training bases in our school. School Party Secretary Gao Ju warmly welcomed the delegation.

Gao Ju provided a detailed introduction to the school's basic situation, as well as the development of its National Top Ten Chemical Safety Training Demonstration Base and National Hazardous Chemical Safety Virtual Simulation Training Base. Gao Ju stated that the school will continue to focus deeply on the field of chemical talent cultivation, continuously optimize the operation and management of its training bases, actively leverage the bases' demonstrative and leading role, and further strengthen exchanges and cooperation with industrial parks, enterprises, and other entities to support the high-quality and safe development of the chemical industry.

Liang Qing spoke highly of the school's achievements in constructing the chemical safety training bases, as well as its operational models and practices. He noted that the school's training bases closely align with the safety development needs of the chemical industry, feature a highly practical training system, and operate with standardized and robust management mechanisms. He added that many of these experiences offer significant reference value and strong potential for broader application, providing a valuable model for the construction of relevant training platforms and the advancement of emergency management work at China-Malaysia Qinzhou Industrial Park.

The two sides engaged in in-depth discussions on topics including the standardized construction of chemical safety training bases, efficient utilization of training resources, school- government collaborative talent cultivation, and deep integration of industry and education.

The delegation toured the school's Chemical Comprehensive Training Building and Cross-Enterprise Training Center to gain detailed insights into the bases' overall planning, facility configuration, training curriculum design, and daily operation management. They observed training instruction on-site and made detailed inquiries regarding strategies for overcoming challenges in the bases' construction and operation, long-term management mechanisms, and outcomes in talent cultivation.

This exchange activity not only established a valuable platform for mutual learning between the two sides but also further highlighted the industry influence of the school's chemical safety training base. Moving forward, the school will continue to base its efforts on the development needs of the chemical industry, deepen the integration of industry and education, and strengthen multidimensional cooperation, striving to cultivate a greater number of high-quality technical and skilled talents.
