To further deepen school-enterprise cooperation, promote industry-education integration, and precisely align with industry needs, a six-member delegation led by President Chen Xiaobin paid a visit to Youxing Shark (Shanghai) Technology Co., Ltd. on May 12. The delegation was warmly received by He Xianfeng, Production Director of the company.
During the symposium, He Xianfeng provided a detailed overview of the company’s development history, current operations, corporate culture, and future strategic plans. He noted that Youxing Shark, as a "Specialized, Refined, Distinctive and Innovative" "Little Giant" enterprise engaged in the R&D, manufacturing, sales, and service of adhesive and encapsulation materials, is currently building a new plant in Jinshan. The company has an urgent need for versatile talents with solid professional skills and innovative capabilities, and looks forward to establishing long-term and stable partnership with our school to jointly cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talent that supports the company’s high-quality development.
Chen Xiaobin expressed his gratitude for the company’s warm reception and highlighted the school’s achievements and practices in program development, talent cultivation model reform, and student internship and employment. He emphasized that our school has always been committed to serving regional economic development and hopes that this exchange will serve as an opportunity for resource sharing, mutual complementarity, and joint talent cultivation.
Following in-depth discussions, the two parties reached preliminary consensus on establishing enterprise-named classes and co-developing academic programs. In the future, they will further refine collaboration in areas such as talent cultivation plan design, training base construction, and student internship and employment, thereby promoting deeper and more substantive school-enterprise collaborative education.
This research visit has built an effective communication platform between our school and Youxing Shark (Shanghai) Technology Co., Ltd., marking a new phase in the partnership. It also lays a solid foundation for the school to further optimize its program structure, improve talent cultivation quality, and expand student employment channels. Representatives from International Exchange Office, Admissions and Employment Office, Science and Research Office, School of Chemical Engineering, and School of Intelligent Manufacturing participated in the activity.
