To further deepen industry-education integration, improve school-enterprise collaborative education mechanism, precisely meet enterprise’s talent needs amid industrial upgrading, and broaden students’ internship and employment channels, Dong Jiantao and a four-member delegation from Shanghai Mcvolf Food Co., Ltd. visited our school on September 8 for exchange and held a special discussion on school-enterprise cooperation. Chen Xiaobin, President of our school, warmly received the visiting enterprise representatives. The two sides held in-depth discussions on key areas such as joint talent cultivation, co-building of internship and practical training, and recruitment cooperation.
At the meeting, the two sides introduced their respective development status, core strengths, and cooperation plans, discussed new models for cultivating skilled talents in the context of industrial upgrading, and clarified the direction and priorities for deepening cooperation. Students trained by Shanghai Modern Chemical Industry Vocational College meet the company’s employment needs. Before the discussion, Dong Jiantao and his delegation visited the school’s Intelligent Manufacturing Training Base on site and examined in detail the construction of the training site, equipment configuration, delivery of practical training courses, and skilled talent cultivation models. The visiting enterprise representatives fully affirmed the school’s well-equipped practical training facilities, industry-oriented program layout, and educational philosophy of integrating theory with practice.
